VIP Talent Connect Just Got More Exclusive- Full Scholarship Only

Alycia KAback the it factorVIP Talent Connect’s networking summits have been the world’s most exclusive opportunity to launch a career in entertainment… and they just got even more exclusive.

At one time open to invited members of the public, access to VIP Talent Connect Summits is now available solely to the top models, actors and musicians signed to KMM Talent. Applications for VIP membership are no longer being accepted.

This change affords The IT Factor the opportunity to make the VIP Summit what it should be- available only to the top 1% of the industry.  We as a company can now focus on what’s most important- being the only management company offering their talent direct access to meeting with casting directors and clients for FREE for life.

With over 35 of the top industry agents, managers and recording artists and over a 98% success rate, VIP is the best way to get discovered in the industry.  From Grammy Award winning producers to Academy award winning directors – these are the people our talent need to know.

We have a firm belief in helping all people make the right connections. The only way for an application to be considered is upon referral from two recognized industry leaders.  Examples are perhaps a Grammy Award winner, or a recipient of an Emmy, or even perhaps an editor from an internationally known magazine.

Any person who is willing to give you a referral must have proven credentials that can be verified and their testimonial must be signed and notarized. After reviewing the information, you may be placed upon the waiting list.

The “It” Factor wishes you the best of success in achieving your goals and dreams.

Beegee Margenyte on New Model Review

top new models 2012 upcoming fresh faces

Get ready for Beegee Margenyte with Supreme Models in NYC.  She is very likely to be a household name in 2012. Hailing from Lithuania, Beegee has a distinct dual nature, filpping back and forth between a child-like air and a fierce womanhood allure seamlessly. In reality she is 20 years old, but she has a natural talent of looking older or younger depending on what the shoot needs- either innocence or sexuality. Beegee describes herself as “Simple, cute, with my own style.” The secret lies in her facial expressions. While Beegee is new to the industrys, she’s booked upcoming editorials with heavyweights Carine Roitfeld and Mario Testino.  Beegee on her future: “I started modeling 3 months ago and already traveled many times, I know I will travel more in the future and I can’t wait for it.”  She’s so cute read the full interview here.

New Model Review on Jana Knauerova

Top 50 Models, New Model Reviews

Jana Knauerova has been working for about a year and in that short time has already made it on Models.com’s Top 50 Women Models, albeit at number 50– that’s an amazing accomplishment.  Looking at Jana, she has a stunning androgyny, but can transform into hyper feminine before your eyes, depending on the shoot. The ability to hit such a range is virtually unknown, without tons of adjustments and make up and  lighting.  Jana seems to do it naturally.  She’s a true master of her look and that’s what has catapulted her to the top so quickly.   Follow this link to read an article on another Upcoming Top Model.

Red Model Management Justin Passmore Review

Red Model Management, New Model ReviewsRed Model Management’s Justin Passmore definitely stands out. Justin isn’t your conventional model—besides his unique look— there is the fact that he is part of a Brooklyn based psychedelic band “Tennesse Tinman.”  Even the way he was discovered is unconventional– Justin was discovered by a Talent Scout, as he was fired from his retail job.  But that loss was no biggie now that Justin is on option for a major campaign and some major shows in Paris with a-list clients.  Just one week after being signed, he’d already been photographed for Esquire and a few other publications as well as being up for a few retail campaigns, his career seems to be developing rapidly!  His unique look is such an asset in this industry, where often male models are all boyish or muscular and often just more of the same thing.   Plus, we’ve heard that he’s absolutely a natural!

IMG Model Jamie Summers Review

IMG London, New Top Models Jamie Summers was discovered in Hackney by a Talent Scout from IMG and is now in development with IMG London.   At 18, Jamie has a very mature aura about her, but the power of her look arises from her exotic mix— ½  Irish and ½ Nigerian.

She recently did an editorial shoot for MOTHER Magazine which she described as one of her best modeling experiences.

New York Models Juju Ivanyuk Review

New York Model Management, Top Models FW 2011

Juju is such a cute name and it reminds us of candy!  Plus, it makes her stand out from all the other Julias and Yulias out there.
